At Royalnand Fashions, customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, we do not currently offer cancellations or refunds for orders once they have been placed. This policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding cancellations and refunds.

2. Cancellation Policy

  • No Cancellations Allowed: Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled.
  • Order Confirmation: Upon successful order placement, you will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS. This serves as proof of your purchase.
  • Changes to Orders: No modifications can be made to orders after they have been confirmed, including changes to the product, size, color, or delivery address.

3. Refund Policy

  • No Refunds: Royalnand Fashions does not offer refunds for orders once they have been placed and processed.
  • Exceptions: Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:
    • If the product received is defective or damaged during transit, and this is confirmed by our customer service team.
    • If the wrong product is delivered, and the error is verified by our customer service team.
  • Refund Process: In the exceptional cases mentioned above, customers must contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be returned in its original packaging and unused condition. Upon verification, we will process the refund within 14 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for products once an order is placed.
  • Exceptions: Exchanges may be allowed only if the product is defective or the wrong product is delivered, following the same conditions outlined in the Refund Policy.

5. Customer Responsibility

  • Order Accuracy: Customers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the order before placing it. Please review all details, including product specifications and shipping information, before finalizing the purchase.
  • Shipping Address: Ensure that the correct shipping address is provided. Royalnand Fashions is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
